The client is saying he never got to use the voucher and now the system is saying that it has already expired...The voucher have an expiry date that starts counting from the moment of the first utilization. Ask the client when was the first time he/she used the voucher and if the date indicated implies that it should still be active, contact us to check on the situation. |
How do I know if the clients's computer is compatible with Cabocom's system?Ask the client to switch on the laptop and then try to connect to Cabocom Wifi. If the network shows up and the laptop connects to it, try opening any wegpages - if our login page shows up it's because there is compatibility. |
The client has closed the logout page by mistake...Easy, just tell the client to close the computer and 10 minutes later the system will have done an automatic logout to the voucher. |
